General terms and conditions of business

Scope For all deliveries from NA MEA UG. (hereinafter NA MEA) to consumers are subject to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.


Contractual partner The purchase contract is concluded with NA MEA UG Managing Directors: Deborah Baumgartl, Lono Holz Commercial Register: District Court of Leipzig, HRA 41069.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to place an order. By clicking the [Buy/order with costs] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation email immediately after receipt of your order.

Right of withdrawal
Instructions on cancellation Right of cancellation You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of receipt of such a revocation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. Prices and shipping costs

  1. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
  2. In addition to the prices stated, we calculate the delivery costs within Germany per order, based on the current overview of shipping costs. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Delivery

  1. Delivery takes place within Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
  2. The delivery time is up to 7 days. Any deviating delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

Payment 

  1. Payment can be made via Paypal Payments

PayPal: In cooperation with the PayPal payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount, you do not have to be registered with PayPal. Depending on the selected payment method, you may be redirected to the PayPal website and the selected payment service after placing the order:

Credit card: The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at the request of PayPal immediately after the payment order has been confirmed and after your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, and your card will be debited.

Giropay: You can enter your payment details on the PayPal website and confirm the use of your details by PayPal. You will then be redirected to the Giropay GmbH website. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.

Direct debit: On the PayPal website you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal. By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment order, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited.

Sofort by Klarna: You can enter your payment data on the PayPal website and confirm the use of your data by PayPal. You will then be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.

Apple Pay: Payment with Apple Pay is a secure and convenient option available for your purchases at NA MEA. To use Apple Pay, simply select the Apple Pay option during checkout. Once selected, you will be prompted to authenticate the transaction using your fingerprint, Face ID, or device passcode. The payment will be processed securely, and you will receive confirmation of the transaction. Please note that additional details may be provided during the ordering process.

Google Pay: At NA MEA, we offer the convenience of Google Pay for seamless transactions. To use Google Pay, choose the Google Pay option at checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment securely. Google Pay utilizes advanced security features, ensuring the protection of your payment information. Warranties and Guarantees

Scope of Warranty:

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
