1.2. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and request a refund.

1.3. Non-eligible items: The following items are not eligible for returns and refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.).
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.

Returns Procedure:

2.1. Contact Customer Support at info@na-mea.com with the title: RETURN - NA MEA PRODUCT - your NAME & ORDERNUMBER

We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required to complete the return.

2.2. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) being returned to prevent damage during transit.

2.3. Return Address: The address will be provided to you via email.

2.4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product.

Refunds:

3.1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated in section 1.

3.2. Refund Processing: If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

3.3. Non-refundable: Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Provide us with clear images or video evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.

4.2. Resolution: We will assess the provided evidence and, if the claim is valid, offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy:
